This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women of Exchange 106. Their leadership, generosity and dedication to one another are what make this place for what it is.

IWD 2026 call on all of us to embrace giving as a force for progress. While we invest in people through time, mentorship and genuine care, the return is felt across the entire organisation. At Exchange 106, that investment is woven into how our leaders lead.

Ms Melissa Lim, Head of People and Culture, has built her team around two values; nurture and grace. She invests in her team’s growth before they see their own potential. She creates a space where people feel safe to learn, to ask questions and to develop at their own pace. The team she has built does not just perform well. They look out for each other, champion one another and grow together.

One moment speaks to this clearly. A team member, a single mother balancing career and family, found the courage to ask for support. She was met with flexibility and belief. She rose through that experience and today, she mentors other women walking the same road. That is the culture Ms Melissa has cultivated. One person supported becomes one person who supports many others.

Across every floor and every department, the women of Exchange 106 lead with purpose. They share knowledge, set high standards, and invest in the people around them. From operations to finance, from housekeeping to legal, the same thread runs through all of them: a genuine commitment to giving their best and lifting others as they rise. That is what Local Heart, Global Heights truly means. The heart of this tower is its people. Their dedication, their values and their generosity are what carry Exchange 106 forward.
